Dawn has been involved with SOG for many years. She started with practice as a medical assistant and then decided to go to nursing school. She graduated from Harford Community College with a degree in nursing and started her career as a Labor and Delivery nurse. She has worked in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Texas during nursing career. She then returned to SOG after accepting a position to perform antenatal testing for our high-risk pregnancies. She received her BSN from Notre Dame of Maryland University. After observing the care that our midwives give to our patients, she was inspired to become a midwife herself and graduated from Frontier Nursing University in 2021.

Dawn resides in Bel Air with her husband and 3 children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. She looks forward to providing compassionate midwifery care to women in our community.
